How to apply for a lifetime Library Membership card?
Applying for a library membership card is very easy. Follow the steps outlined below:
- Take Membership form from the nearest library
- Write down your address
- Write how many library cards you want. The maximum number of cards per person is limited to 3. You can borrow one book per card.
- Get the form attested by a gazetted officer
- Provide the photocopy of your address proof ID.
- Also provide 3 PASSPORT sized recent photographs.
- Submit the form at the reception.
- Pay for the membership. Its a life time membership and you do not have to pay money again.
